They are always so professional and courteous. We used to use them when we lived in BG. When we moved back we were very happy to be able to go back to them.

After the loss of our sweet chicken, Georgie, I knew I needed to share the incredible experience we had with All Creatures Animal Hospital. Georgie had somehow injured her leg while frolicking around in the dirt with her friends. After a full week of bringing her inside to rest with no improvement, I began frantically searching for a veterinarian who could evaluate her. Much to my surprise, I found that All Creatures Animal Hospital has a veterinarian who specializes in avian medicine and surgery. From the moment I called, I was treated with some of the utmost kindness, compassion, and understanding I have ever received from a business. They understood how worried I was and were able to get Georgie scheduled quickly. We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Vicki, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She took her time examining Georgie and explained everything she was seeing in terms I could easily understand. Unfortunately, Georgie’s injury was neurological and could not be reversed. The most humane option was euthanasia, as I never wanted her to suffer. While I sat there sobbing, Dr. Vicki patiently walked me through the procedure, answered my questions, and reassured me that I was making the kindest decision for Georgie. What touched me the most was what happened afterward. When Georgie was brought back to me, she had been placed in a beautiful decorative flower box, and they had even made a little footprint for me to keep. Some people may think, “It was just a chicken,” but the staff at All Creatures understood that Georgie was not just a chicken to us. She was part of our family. She had her own personality, brought us joy, and was loved deeply. They treated her with the same dignity, compassion, and care that any beloved pet deserves. I will never forget the kindness shown to us on one of the hardest days of being a pet owner. Thank you, Dr. Vicki and the entire team at All Creatures Animal Hospital, for treating Georgie with dignity and treating my grief with such genuine compassion. It meant more to me than you will ever know. ❤️

I'm so glad that I changed the appointment of Bosco de Gama from a quick monthly visit with a Vet Tech to a full appointment with Dr. Marcus Wisdom, who carefully listened to my worries--no Hide N' Seek, no couch cuddles, no glossy coat, vomiting after eating, loss of weight--and then suggested a quick X-Ray and blood work to compare with tests a year ago--all to which I quickly agreed, as Bosco is my beloved last pet. Dr. Marcus soon returned with a photo of poor Bosco's badly constipated colon, suggested a plan of action--and I returned the next day to find a newly restored, happy pet and results of blood work that showed that, at 13, Bosco is still a remarkably healthy cat. I urge any who read this review to follow the advice of the excellent veterinarians at All Creatures in Bowling Green KY and agree to tests their pets might need to ensure good health and long and happy lives.
